SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and Handling charges are based on the total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles will notify the Customer if there is an increase in shipping charges or your order prior to final billing and shipping. SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles reserves the right to ship using the carrier of their choice. Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska and international orders outside of the continental U.S. require additional charges and delivery time. Allow 4‐10 business days for delivery of non‐backordered items within the continental U.S.

SALES & TAX
All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. Sales tax is charged on North Carolina transactions which are required by law. Customers outside of North Carolina are responsible for reporting and paying use tax in their state for out‐of‐state purchases. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country;
please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non‐refundable: If customers refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. All goods remain the property of the SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles until paid for in full. If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e‐mail or how you primarily contacted us. Back orders will be filled before new orders when the backordered item becomes available. Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices are subject to
change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles reserves the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Valid cancellation of any and all orders must be made within 24 hours of the primary order. Notification in person, via email, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS & REFUNDS POLICY
Both the Customer and SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded except those which are non‐refundable deposits.

PAYMENTS & ONLINE SHOPPING
Payments can be made through our website accepting most large credit cards. We also accept credit/debit card payment by phone. Secure payments via Stripe guaranteeing your order’s privacy and security over the web.

CUSTOM ORDERS & ELECTRIC BICYCLES
Custom Orders and Electric Bicycles require half of the total purchase price as a non‐refundable deposit. The Customer must pay the remaining balance owed on the total cost of the custom order or Electric Bicycle before taking possession. The total cost will remain as agreed upon from prior communications. Total cost may increase if the Customer requests additional upgrades or information during the construction and build of the custom order or Electric Bicycle. The Customer must pay
freight shipment costs as determined by SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles to take possession of the custom order or Electric Bicycle unless a physical pick‐up by the Customer is approved by SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles. If the balance owed and/or freight shipment costs are not fully paid within 6 months of the completion of a custom order or Electric Bicycle, the Electric Bicycle or custom order will become the property of SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles to do with as they please and the Customer will then lose his/her rights to the custom order and/or Electric Bicycle and the non‐refundable deposit. This policy will commence as of the date when a half down non‐refundable deposit is made. SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles is not liable for theft or loss due to damage caused by fire or other acts of God. The above property is sold on an “AS IS” basis. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied (except as specifically stated on this document). All sales are final. SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles is not liable for any damage occurring after custom orders and/or Big Wheel Drift Trike has left SFD Industries, Inc. DBA Rowdy Cycles property, in transit or in customer’s possession.
